Job Title: VMC Setter cum Operator

Job Description:

We are looking for experienced VMC Setter cum Operators to join our manufacturing team in Coimbatore. The ideal candidate should have 3 to 10 years of experience in setting and operating VMC machines, with strong expertise in machining non-standard components.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
Machine non-standard and precision components within specified tolerances.
Select tools, fixtures, and cutting parameters for productive machining.




Perform first-piece inspection and maintain dimensional accuracy.
Monitor machine performance and ensure quality standards are met.
Carry out routine machine maintenance and maintain a secure work setting.

Requirements:
ITI / Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering.
3–10 years of relevant experience in VMC setting and operation.
Experience in machining non-standard components is mandatory.
Good knowledge of measuring instruments and GD&T.;
Ability to work in rotational shifts and meet production targets.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
