About the Role

We are looking for a creative, energetic and execution-focused Social Media & Content Executive to manage and grow the social media presence of Novel Tissues and its brands.

The ideal candidate should be able to think of content ideas, write scripts and captions, coordinate shoots, create/edit Reels, manage the content calendar and analyse performance.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys creating content and understands what makes people stop scrolling.

What We Are Looking For
1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Content Creation or Digital Marketing.




Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
Excellent creative thinking and storytelling ability.
Robust English communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to write compelling hooks and captions.
Basic-to-valuable video editing skills.
Valuable understanding of current social media trends.
Ability to work independently and meet tight content deadlines.
FMCG, Baby Care, Beauty, Personal Care or D2C experience will be an advantage.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
