Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and planning for multiple projects.
Develop concept designs, layouts, elevations, working drawings, and construction documentation.
Coordinate with structural, MEP, HVAC, landscape, and other consultants.
Review and approve architectural drawings, BOQs, specifications, and material selections.
Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Supervise and mentor junior architects and design teams.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams for smooth project execution.
Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure design compliance.
Review shop drawings, material samples, and technical submissions.
Resolve design, technical, and site-related challenges.
Support procurement and vendor finalization for architectural materials and finishes.
Maintain project documentation, approvals, and records.
Ensure high-quality project delivery within deadlines and budget.

Required Skills




Strong expertise in architectural design and detailing.
Excellent knowledge of construction methodologies and materials.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, D5, Enscape,3ds Max, and Photoshop.
Experience in project management and team leadership.
Robust understanding of building bye-laws, NBC, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, presentation, and client management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
