About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Operation Theatre (OT) In-Charge / OT Nurse Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of the OT department. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing surgical procedures, ensuring compliance with sterilization protocols, and leading a team of OT staff to deliver efficient and safe patient care.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and manage all activities within the Operation Theatre (OT).

Ensure adherence to OT protocols, sterilization standards, and infection control procedures.

Coordinate effectively with surgeons, anaesthetists, and support staff to ensure smooth OT operations.

Maintain and oversee the functionality and readiness of OT equipment.





Plan and schedule surgical cases efficiently to optimize OT utilization.

Manage and supervise OT nursing staff and allocate responsibilities.

Monitor and maintain OT inventory, instruments, and medical supplies.

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and safety regulations.

Skills & Competencies

In-depth knowledge of OT procedures, surgical instruments, and aseptic techniques.
