Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality standards are met.
Define test plans, cases, and execution strategies for web and mobile applications.
Conduct manual and/or automated testing to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance gaps.
Collaborate with developers to track, verify, and close defects efficiently.
Manage client communication, status updates, and project reporting.
Identify delivery risks, bottlenecks, and propose process improvements.
Maintain detailed documentation for test results, project milestones, and delivery notes.
Work closely with the Product and Tech teams to ensure releases meet business and user expectations.
Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure smooth deployment cycles.

Required Skills
Solid understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and project management processes.




Hands-on experience with Jira / Trello / ClickUp / Asana or similar tools.
Familiarity with API testing tools like Postman (added advantage).
Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and manage cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Certification in QA, Agile, or Project Management (e.g., ISTQB, Scrum Master) is a plus.
Experience working in Agile / Scrum settings.
Exposure to automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, etc.) is an added advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹21,624.47 - ₹52,358.04 per month
