Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Holiday Consultant to assist clients in planning and booking holidays based on their preferences and budget.

Key Responsibilities
Understand customer travel requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.
Prepare customized itineraries and travel plans.
Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and other travel partners.
Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into bookings.
Maintain customer records and booking details.
Ensure smooth coordination before and during the customer’s trip.
Stay updated on destinations, travel packages, and industry trends.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience in travel, tourism, sales, or a related field.
Valuable communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
Robust sales and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with targets and follow-ups.
Freshers with positive communication skills may also be considered.
