Restaurant Operations Manager / Restaurant Manager

We are seeking an experienced and agile Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing staff, maintaining service quality, driving profitability, and ensuring smooth front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including front-of-house service and kitchen coordination.

Manage and supervise restaurant staff, including scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training.

Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and customer service.

Greet guests warmly and handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

Manage restaurant walk-in guests and ensure excellent guest relations.

Handle inquiries for small parties/events and prepare quotations accordingly.

Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and ordering to minimize wastage and optimize profitability.

Ensure compliance with health, safety,



and sanitation regulations.

Track and manage operational budgets, labor costs, and overall financial performance.

Drive sales growth through excellent service standards and operational efficiency.

Coordinate effectively between kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth workflow.

Maintain competency in POS systems, restaurant management software, and inventory management tools.

Requirements

Minimum 5–10 years of experience in restaurant management or hospitality operations.

Good understanding of restaurant financials, including food cost and labor cost control.

Ability to multitask and perform efficiently in a quick-paced environment.

Experience handling guest relations, events, and small party bookings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
