The Business Management Faculty member will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and/or postgraduate courses in business and management, developing course materials, mentoring students, conducting assessments, and contributing to academic and institutional activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in Business Management and related subjects.
Prepare lesson plans, course materials, presentations, assignments, and examinations.
Teach subjects such as Principles of Management, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Financial Management, Business Communication, Entrepreneurship, and Organizational Behaviour.
Evaluate student performance through assignments, examinations, projects, presentations, and other assessments.
Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and career support to students.
Maintain accurate attendance, academic, and student performance records.
Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement of academic programs.
Conduct or support research, publications, conferences, workshops, and seminars.
Organize industry interactions, guest lectures, internships, and student development activities.
