Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive

Incetrix Security Solutions is a cybersecurity company helping businesses identify and address security risks through practical, accessible solutions. We're expanding our team and looking for a Business Development & Digital Marketing Executive to join us in Kerala.

This is a dual-function role suited to someone who can build genuine business relationships through outreach, and who knows how to communicate cybersecurity concepts clearly to a non-technical audience. As an early-stage company, this role comes with real ownership — you won't just be executing an existing playbook, you'll be helping build one.

Responsibilities
Lead outbound business development through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Build and nurture relationships with prospects, from first contact to qualified lead
Plan and execute content for our digital platforms, including LinkedIn posts and campaigns




Translate technical security concepts into explicit, business-friendly messaging for non-technical audiences
Collaborate with the founding team on positioning and go-to-market strategy
Track outreach performance and refine approach based on results

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing (cybersecurity/IT background a plus, not required)
Solid written communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and relationship-building
A self-starter, comfortable owning a role that's still evolving
Basic understanding of social media/content strategy, especially LinkedIn
Any graduate degree; Marketing/Business background preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
