Openings: 4 | Shift: 24x7x365 (rotational) | Location: In office

Experience: Minimum 2 years in SOC/NOC operations Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or equivalent Certification: CEH / CompTIA Security+ / EC-Council CSA or equivalent

Responsibilities:
Monitor security alerts from SIEM, EDR, and firewall consoles
Perform initial triage and escalate incidents to L2 as needed
Maintain security logs, dashboards, and incident reports
Conduct routine health checks and update threat feeds

SOC Analyst – L2

Openings: 1 | Shift: 8x5 (business hours) | Location: In office

Experience: Minimum 4+ years managing security incidents Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA Certification: CISSP / CHFI / CompTIA CySA+ / CEH (Advanced)

Responsibilities:
Analyze and validate escalated alerts from L1
Coordinate incident response, containment, and mitigation
Tune SIEM rules, configure security policies, and manage threat intelligence feeds
Support VAPT remediation and compliance tracking

SOC Analyst – L3

Openings: 2 | Shift: 24x7 remote support | Location: Remote

Experience: 6+ years in enterprise cyber security Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/MCA Certification: CISSP / OSCP or equivalent

Responsibilities:
Lead major incident investigations and root cause analysis
Design and optimize security architecture and response workflows
Mentor and guide L1 and L2 analysts
Coordinate with NCRB leadership for strategic advisory and compliance planning
