Location- Goregaon east, Mumbai

Profile- Area Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager (Men's Razor brand)

Experience- Min 5 years

Ctc - upto 12 Lpa (depends on interview)

Working days – 6 days (2 & 4 sat off)

Key Responsibilities:
Drive primary and secondary sales targets in assigned territory through GT/MT channels.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Identify and onboard current channel partners/distributors and nurture existing relationships.
Monitor distributor performance, stock levels, and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Lead, coach, and manage a team of Sales Officers/Sales Executives to maximize productivity.
Coordinate with marketing and trade marketing teams for execution of in-store promotions, schemes, and visibility plans.
Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to make informed decisions.




Ensure compliance with credit policies and maintain account hygiene.
Regularly visit markets and retail outlets to ensure solid field presence and relationship building

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
