Site Execution & Supervision
Supervise day-to-day construction activities at residential project site.
Ensure work is executed as per approved architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Monitor construction progress and ensure timely completion of project.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and suppliers.
Resolve in office technical issues and provide practical engineering solutions.

Quality Control
Ensure all construction work complies with quality standards and building codes.
Inspect RCC work, brickwork, plastering, flooring, waterproofing, painting, and finishing works.
Verify the quality of construction materials before use.
Conduct regular quality checks and rectify defects promptly.

Planning & Resource Management
Prepare daily work schedules and monitor labour productivity.
Plan material requirements and coordinate timely procurement.
Control material consumption and minimize wastage.
Ensure the productive utilization of manpower, machinery and equipment.

Billing & Measurements
Take site measurements and maintain Measurement Books (MB).
Verify contractor bills and work completion quantities.
Maintain records of material consumption and project costs.
Assist in preparing project progress reports.

Safety & Compliance




Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct routine safety inspections and ensure workers use appropriate PPE.
Report accidents, unsafe conditions, and non-compliance immediately.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain daily site progress reports, labour attendance, inspection records and material logs.
Prepare weekly and monthly project progress reports.
Record site instructions, quality inspections, and snag lists.
Maintain project documentation for audits and handovers.

Client Coordination
Coordinate with homeowners, architects, consultants.
Attend site meetings and provide regular updates on project progress.
Ensure owners requirements are implemented without compromising quality or safety.

Skills Required
Robust knowledge of residential construction methods and finishing works.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and service drawings.
Knowledge of RCC, masonry, waterproofing, flooring, and interior finishing.
Familiarity with BOQs, estimation, billing and site measurements.

Qualification
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
