Job Summary

Aquaneeta Industries is looking for a agile and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive B2B sales and expand our dealer/distributor network. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in the home appliances, kitchen appliances, or small appliances industry with strong communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage B2B sales channels including dealers, distributors, retailers, and institutional clients.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads to increase market reach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Conduct market research to identify competitor activities and customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
Prepare sales reports, follow-up updates,



and business forecasts.
Travel for client meetings and market development when required.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience in:

Home Appliances

Kitchen Appliances

Small Appliances
Any Degree qualification.
Robust negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Good knowledge of dealer/distributor sales networks.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting.

Preferred Skills
Experience in channel sales and business expansion.
Strong customer handling and relationship-building abilities.
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude.
