Job Summary

We are hiring a Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships and support revenue growth for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients and business prospects.
Generate leads through calls, meetings, referrals and market research.
Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
Negotiate terms and close new business deals.
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients.
Track the sales pipeline and update CRM records regularly.




Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly business targets.

Requirements
Any Graduate; MBA in Marketing or Sales preferred.
1+ years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or business development.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and handle client objections.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-driven and target-oriented approach.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
