Viceroy Luxury Mountain Resort & Spa is looking for a motivated and hardworking Maintenance Apprentice / Maintenance Helper to join our Engineering & Maintenance team. This is an excellent prospect for candidates who are eager to learn and build a career in hotel maintenance. The selected candidate will work closely with experienced maintenance technicians and assist in the upkeep of the resort's facilities and equipment.

Job Responsibilities
Assist maintenance technicians with daily repair and maintenance work.
Help with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance tasks.
Carry tools, equipment, and materials required for maintenance jobs.
Support preventive maintenance activities across the resort.
Respond to guest room and departmental maintenance requests under supervision.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance workshop and storage areas.
Assist in the installation, repair, and replacement of equipment and fixtures.
Ensure proper handling and storage of tools and maintenance materials.
Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to the Maintenance Technician
Follow safety procedures and company standards at all times.




Perform other duties assigned by the Maintenance Technician.

Requirements
ITI, Diploma, or vocational training in Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related trade is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in maintenance or construction work will be an added advantage.
Basic knowledge of hand tools and maintenance equipment is preferred.
Physically fit and willing to perform manual work.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
