Job Overview
We are looking for a skilled and hardworking Mechanical Fitter to join our team at Rational Business Corporation, Bahalgarh Chowk, Sonipat. The candidate will be responsible for fitting, assembling, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment and machinery while ensuring smooth production and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble and fit mechanical parts, equipment, and machinery
Read and understand technical drawings and mechanical layouts
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair work
Diagnose mechanical faults and resolve breakdowns
Ensure proper alignment and functioning of machines
Handle fabrication and fitting tools safely and efficiently
Conduct routine inspection and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams
Maintain safety standards and workplace discipline
Required Skills
Knowledge of mechanical fitting and maintenance
ITI/Diploma in Fitter, Mechanical, or related trade
Relevant industrial experience preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
