We are looking for a skilled and responsible Computer Hardware & Networking Technician to handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of computer systems, networking equipment and related IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Assemble, install and configure desktop PCs and workstations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
Troubleshoot motherboards, RAM, SSD/HDD, power supplies, graphics cards and peripherals.
Install and configure Windows, drivers, applications and system updates.
Install, configure and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches and access points.
Configure basic IP addressing, DHCP, DNS and network sharing.
Troubleshoot network connectivity and internet-related issues.
Handle installation and basic troubleshooting of CCTV cameras,



NVR/DVR and surveillance systems.
Visit customer sites for installation, maintenance and technical support when required.
Coordinate with customers and explain technical issues and solutions clearly.
Maintain proper records of service calls, installations and replaced components.
Coordinate with the sales and RMA teams for warranty and replacement-related issues.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and service requests.

Pay: ₹12,086.00 - ₹25,047.08 per month
