About the Role

I4S Infra Security Solution Private Limited is looking for a Project Coordinator / MIS Executive to support day-to-day project coordination, reporting, documentation, and follow-ups.

We are looking for candidates with positive MS Excel, MIS, documentation, coordination, and communication skills. Candidates from any industry can apply.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate day-to-day project activities and follow-ups.
Maintain project-related documents, reports, and MIS.
Prepare and update daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Track project schedules, tasks, and pending activities.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Follow up with team members to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.




Prepare Excel-based reports and maintain project records.
Support the team with documentation and general project coordination activities.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in MIS Executive, Project Coordinator, Project Executive, Operations Coordinator, or similar roles.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Robust coordination, planning, and organizational abilities.
Experience in MIS reporting, documentation, scheduling, and coordination.
Graduate in any discipline.
Candidates from non-IT backgrounds are also welcome.
This role is focused on MIS, Excel, reporting, documentation, and project coordination.

Preferred Candidate Profile

MIS Executive / Project Coordinator / Project Executive / Operations Coordinator with hands-on experience in Excel, reporting, documentation, follow-ups, and coordination.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
