Job Description – Electrician (Alloy Industry)

Position: Electrician
Experience: 3–4 Years
Industry: Alloy / Engineering Industry
Location: Halol, Vadodara, Gujarat
Working Hours: 8 Hours per Day
Overtime: Paid Overtime Available

Key Responsibilities
Perform electrical maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting of plant machinery and equipment.
Handle electrical panels, motors, starters, contactors, relays, sensors, and control systems.
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems.
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults to minimize machine downtime.
Perform cable laying, termination, wiring, and electrical connections.
Monitor and maintain industrial electrical equipment and machinery.
Ensure proper earthing and electrical safety standards across the plant.
Coordinate with the production and maintenance teams for smooth plant operations.
Maintain electrical tools, equipment, and maintenance records.
Follow all company safety procedures and maintain workplace housekeeping.





Required Skills & Qualifications
ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical Engineering preferred.
3–4 years of relevant experience, preferably in an alloy, steel, foundry, casting, or heavy engineering industry.
Good knowledge of industrial electrical maintenance.
Knowledge of motors, control panels, starters, VFDs, sensors, and basic PLC systems will be an advantage.
Ability to troubleshoot electrical breakdowns independently.
Valuable understanding of electrical safety practices.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
