Role Description The Safety Officer is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for promoting and maintaining a safe working environment across client facilities. The role includes conducting regular site inspections, identifying hazards, and ensuring compliance with applicable health, safety, and security regulations and company policies. Daily tasks involve developing and implementing safety procedures, delivering safety training sessions, and maintaining accurate safety records and reports.

The Safety

Officer investigates incidents and accidents, recommends corrective actions, and collaborates with operations, maintenance,



and management teams to address safety risks and improve safety performance. The role also involves engaging workers in safety initiatives and supporting continuous improvement in safety standards.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and practical experience in Health & Safety and Occupational Health.
- Proficiency in Accident Investigation and incident reporting to identify root causes and preventive measures.
- Experience in Security practices related to facility operations and workforce protection.
- Ability to design and deliver effective Safety Training programs for diverse teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in safety, occupational health, engineering, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in safety or occupational health (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH) are an advantage.
- Familiarity with Indian safety regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, observation, and documentation skills, with the ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
