Role: RPA & Python Developer

Location: Hyderabad, TG - Onsite Office

Duration: Fulltime

RPA & Python Developer responsible for building scalable automation solutions using RPA tools and Python to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism
- Develop Python scripts/applications for automation, data processing, and system integration
- Analyse business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Build and deploy bots, workflows, and reusable automation components
- Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
- Implement exception handling, logging, and monitoring mechanisms
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and refine requirements
- Ensure security, compliance, and auditability of automation solutions
- Perform testing, debugging, and performance optimization





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent
- Hands-on experience with at least one RPA tool:
- UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism
- Strong programming skills in Python

Experience in:

- REST APIs & system integrations
- Data handling (Pandas, NumPy)
- File processing (Excel, CSV, PDF automation)
- Valuable understanding of workflows, orchestration, and scheduling
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Version control experience using Git

Preferred / Nice-to-have Skills:

- Experience with AI/ML integrations (NLP, OCR, document processing)
- Knowledge of Intelligent Automation / Hyperautomation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with queue management, triggers, and bot scheduling
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for RPA deployments
- Understanding of microservices or API-driven architecture
