Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day production activities on the shop floor.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning and schedule.
Monitor machine operations, manpower utilization, and production efficiency.
Maintain product quality standards and ensure adherence to SOPs.
Coordinate with maintenance, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth operations.
Reduce production downtime and control material wastage.
Prepare daily production reports and maintain production records.
Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and company policies.
Train and guide production operators and workers.
Monitor attendance, discipline, and shift management of production staff.
Support continuous improvement initiatives for productivity enhancement.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
