KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Install lift systems including guide rails, car frames, counterweights, drive machines, control panels, and door operators as per manufacturer and project drawings.
Carry out electrical and mechanical connections for traction, hydraulic, and machine-room-less (MRL) lift systems.
Perform pre-commissioning checks, load testing, safety device testing, and final commissioning of lift installations.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on lifts, escalators, and dumbwaiters per scheduled intervals.
Diagnose and rectify mechanical, electrical, and electronic faults in lift systems promptly.
Inspect and test safety components: overspeed governors, buffers, safety gears, door interlocks, and limit switches.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
