Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, proactive, and organized Front Desk Executive to manage daily clinic operations and ensure a smooth patient experience from registration to feedback.

Key Responsibilities
Handle patient appointments, scheduling, and confirmations
Manage billing and payment processing
Conduct telecalling for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and reviews
Maintain and update patient data entry registers and digital records
Collect patient reviews and feedback post-consultation




Coordinate with medical and admin teams to ensure seamless clinic flow
Manage front desk operations, including welcoming patients and handling inquiries

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or relevant diploma
1–3 years of experience in front desk, clinic administration, or customer service
Excellent communication skills (English and Hindi)
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Sheets / basic CRM tools
Professional appearance and robust interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a rapid-paced environment

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
