Position: F&B; Assistant / Guest Service Associate (GSA)

Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and qualified manner.

Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve guests promptly.

Set up and maintain tables, dining areas, and service stations.

Ensure excellent guest service and respond to guest requests.

Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments for smooth service.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per company guidelines.

Handle guest feedback and assist in resolving service-related concerns.

Support the team during busy periods and special events.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.

Freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.

Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in shifts and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
