In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across social media platforms. You will be responsible for creating engaging content (including reels and graphics), managing daily postings, running targeted campaigns, and ultimate driving lead generation to help grow our business.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Copywriting: Write compelling captions, blog posts, and text content tailored for various social media platforms.
Reels & Video Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form video content (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.).
Graphic Design: Design visually appealing marketing materials, banners, and posts using Photoshop, Canva, or similar tools.
Social Media Management: Manage and maintain an active presence across all major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) including daily scheduling and posting.
Campaign Management: Plan, launch,



and optimize digital marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and drive engagement.
Lead Generation: Implement strategies and optimize content performance to capture and convert high-quality leads.

Requirements & Skills
Experience Level: Open to both Freshers / Interns and Experienced candidates.
Design & Editing: Solid hands-on skills in Photoshop and video editing tools/apps.
Creative Mindset: Solid understanding of social media trends, viral hooks, and what makes content shareable.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective content writing.
Goal-Oriented: A basic understanding of or keen interest in learning lead generation and digital ad campaigns.
Proactive: Ability to take initiative, pitch fresh ideas, and work collaboratively.
