Job Summary

Adhering to SLAs rn- Mentoring / Training Team Members rn- Handling tickets / requests rn- Troubleshooting technical issues rn- Defining processes and ensuring that the processes are adhered to rn- Oversees and is responsible for successful completion of Installation, configuration and migration rn- Ensure maximum uptime according to the SLA rn - Manage all basis activity performed by the infrastructure basis team members.

Key Responsibilities
Installing, configuring and maintaining SAP server, ABAP, Java and ABAP+Java Stacks rn- SAP Kernel Upgrade rn- SAP Remote Client Copy rn- SAP Parameter Handling rn- SAP Client Export / Import rn- Homogenous System Refresh or System Copy rn- Basic Traoubleshooting rn- SAP Certificate handling (Web Dispatcher, ABAP, JAVA, Cloud Connector) rn- Upgrade : SPS upgrade through SUM tool (ABAP & JAVA) rn- SAP Language Installation rn- System Restart along with DB and OS rn- Basic Linux Commands rn"- Good understanding of SAP HANA DB
