Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated MEP Design Engineer to handle design and documentation of Electrical, Plumbing (PHE), and Fire Fighting systems. The candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing schematic designs, shop drawings, and design calculations in compliance with relevant codes and local authority regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Preparation of MEP schematic designs in coordination with architectural and structural drawings
Preparation of detailed shop drawings for:

Electrical systems

Plumbing (Water Supply, Drainage & Sanitary)

Fire Fighting systems
Electrical design including:

Load calculations

SLDs (Single Line Diagrams)

Lighting & power layouts

Earthing & lightning protection systems
Design of water supply, drainage & sanitary systems as per NBC and local norms
Design of Fire Fighting systems (Hydrant, Sprinkler, Hose Reel) as per NBC / IS Codes
Preparation of design calculations, technical specifications & reports




Preparation & verification of Engineering BOQ / Quantity Take-offs
Coordination with architects and structural consultants for clash-free designs
Preparation of documents for statutory approvals (Electrical, Fire, Water Authority, etc.)
Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, and local authority regulations
Value engineering and system optimization without compromising safety
Design support during tendering and execution stages
Review of material submittals for MEP works
Preparation of as-built drawings and project close-out documentation

Candidate Requirements:

Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering

Minimum 3 years of experience in MEP design

Basic understanding of approval procedures

Robust coordination and documentation skills

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
