Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on issue resolution and project goals.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations.
Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities within complex network environments.
Experience with monitoring tools and incident management systems to track and resolve issues efficiently.
Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify root causes of disruptions.
Familiarity with network protocols, infrastructure components, and enterprise-level operations.
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
