Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to align project objectives.
Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.
Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js.
Strong understanding of front-end development principles and best practices.
Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web applications.
Ability to optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Front End Development (FED) NextJS.
This position is based at our PDC2C - SEZ office.
