Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Site Engineer – Billing to manage site execution, measurements, quantity estimation, and project billing activities. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in construction, infrastructure, or real estate projects, with strong knowledge of civil works and billing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
Take site measurements and prepare BOQs, quantity statements, and RA Bills.
Prepare contractor and subcontractor bills based on actual site measurements.
Verify quantities executed as per drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients for billing requirements.
Prepare measurement sheets, work completion certificates, and billing documentation.
Review drawings and identify quantity variations and deviations.
Maintain records of material consumption, work progress, and site measurements.
Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed as per specifications and timelines.
Assist in rate analysis, cost estimation, and quantity reconciliation.




Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and support project documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards at the site.

Requirements
Education: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Experience: 2–3 years of experience as a Site Engineer, Billing Engineer, or Quantity Surveyor in Construction, Infrastructure, or Real Estate.
Robust knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, quantity estimation, rate analysis, and site measurements.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
Knowledge of billing software/ERP is an added advantage.
Valuable understanding of civil construction drawings and specifications.
Strong analytical, coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work at project sites.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
