A quality assistant supports the quality assurance or control team by inspecting materials, monitoring production processes, and maintaining accurate documentation. They ensure products and operations meet company standards and regulatory compliance rules, helping to reduce defects and improve overall output.

Core Responsibilities
Inspect Products: Check raw materials, in-process items, and finished goods for flaws.
Maintain Records: Document test results, audit findings, and inspection reports.
Ensure Compliance: Follow industry regulations, safety rules, and company quality procedures.
Support Audits: Help prepare for and conduct internal quality or safety audits.
Collaborate with Teams: Work with production staff to resolve quality issues and prevent repeat errors.

Key Requirements & Skills




Education: High school diploma or a degree/diploma in a relevant technical or scientific field.
Attention to Detail: Ability to spot small defects and record data accurately.
Communication: Explicit verbal and written skills to report non-compliance issues.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with basic measurement tools and standard quality frameworks (like ISO, GMP, or HACCP) depending on the industry.
Computer Skills: Basic proficiency in tools like Microsoft Excel for tracking metrics
