Key Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day accounting and Tally monitoring.
Ensure complete GST compliance, including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, reconciliation, and related filings.
Solid knowledge of Income Tax, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Monitor accounts payable/receivable and follow up with vendors for payments and outstanding matters.
Prepare fund-flow and cash-flow statements and assist in fund planning.
Coordinate with banks for banking transactions, payments, limits, LC/BG, CC/OD and other banking requirements.
Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and maintain proper cash-flow planning.
Knowledge of Odisha mining permissions, statutory requirements and related government department follow-ups will be preferred.
Coordinate with CA, tax consultants, auditors, banks, vendors and government authorities.




Ensure timely completion of all accounting and statutory compliances.
Prepare regular MIS, outstanding reports and financial statements for management review.

Candidate Profile:
8–10 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
Robust practical knowledge of Tally Prime, GST and taxation.
Positive understanding of banking and working-capital management.
Experience in mining, steel, minerals or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
Good communication and follow-up skills.
Should be capable of independently handling day-to-day finance and accounts operations.
