Key Responsibilities
Nursing Administration: Formulate and implement nursing Protocols, policies, and SOPs in compliance with hospital goals.
Staff Management: Oversee the recruitment, orientation, scheduling, and performance evaluation of all nursing and support staff.
Patient Care & Quality Control: Conduct regular clinical rounds, perform nursing audits, and ensure patient safety and comfort standards are met or exceeded.
Training & Development: Plan and coordinate continuous nursing education (CNE) programs, in-service training, and counseling for subordinate staff.
Resource Management: Prepare departmental requirements, manage nursing supplies/inventory.
Complaint Resolution: Investigate patient and staff grievances, prepare reports, and recommend disciplinary actions as necessary.
Duty Allocation : Plan and prepare the duty allocation & Staffs leave.
5 - 10 years of experience required in hospital industry.
Salem based candidate required.
Salary negotiable

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
