Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Engineer with 5+ years of experience building scalable backend systems using Python, Django, FastAPI, and contemporary cloud technologies.

You will lead backend architecture, define engineering standards, mentor developers, and design highly available services powering our healthcare and AI platforms.

Responsibilities
Design and architect scalable backend services.
Develop REST and gRPC APIs.
Build secure, maintainable, and performant backend systems.
Design database schemas and optimize queries.
Build distributed systems and microservices.
Develop asynchronous workflows and background processing systems.
Collaborate with frontend engineers on API design.
Integrate AI services and third-party platforms.
Implement authentication, authorization, logging, and monitoring.
Drive software quality through code reviews and engineering standards.
Mentor backend engineers.




Participate in architecture and technology decisions.
Improve CI/CD, deployment, and operational reliability.

Requirements Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
5+ years of backend development experience.
Robust expertise in Python.
Extensive experience with Django and/or FastAPI.
Robust knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server).
Experience designing REST and gRPC APIs.
Experience building distributed systems.
Strong understanding of software architecture principles.
Experience with Docker.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Experience implementing CI/CD pipelines.
Experience mentoring engineers.
Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Celery.

Pay: ₹336,305.08 - ₹1,629,551.10 per year
