We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who can transform raw footage into engaging, high-quality content for social media and long-form platforms.

The ideal candidate understands pacing, storytelling, viewer psychology, and platform-specific editing styles (Reels, Shorts, YouTube long-form). You should be able to create both high-retention short videos and structured educational long-form content.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Short-Form Content (Reels / Shorts)
Create high-engagement 30–45 second vertical videos
Craft strong hooks within the first 3 seconds
Highlight key steps or techniques with rapid-paced editing
Add clean, readable text overlays and callouts
Maintain visual consistency and dynamic pacing
Optimize content for Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
Long-Form Content (YouTube – 10 Minutes+)

Structure educational videos with clear flow:
Introduction

o Tools required

o Step-by-step process

o Common mistakes

o Conclusion
Use smooth transitions and logical sequencing




Add chapter titles, graphics, and labels
Ensure clean audio and optional background music
Maintain skilled storytelling and viewer retention

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENT
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro / DaVinci Resolve (or similar)
Solid understanding of vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) formats
Knowledge of:

o Motion graphics basics

o Text animation

o Audio balancing

o Color correction
Ability to deliver:

o 1080p minimum quality

o MP4 export format
