Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor for our chocolate manufacturing facility in Indore.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in a chocolate/confectionery manufacturing factory and be well-versed with production processes, manpower handling, machinery and food safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day chocolate production activities and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
Manage production operators and workers and allocate manpower effectively.
Monitor production processes, machine operations and batch execution.
Ensure adherence to production plans, SOPs, GMP, hygiene and food safety standards.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and other departments for smooth production.




Monitor raw material and packaging material usage and minimize wastage.
Maintain production records, batch records and shift reports.
Identify production issues and coordinate for corrective actions.
Ensure proper housekeeping, hygiene and safety practices on the shop floor.
Train and guide production workers as required.

Requirements:
3–7 years of relevant experience in chocolate/confectionery manufacturing.
Experience in a chocolate factory is strongly preferred.
Positive knowledge of production processes and shop-floor operations.
Robust manpower management and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in shifts as required.

Job Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh

Candidates with relevant chocolate manufacturing experience will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
