Job Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment and selection activities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Manage employee joining, onboarding, and documentation.
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Handle attendance, leave, and basic payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement and HR activities.
Assist in implementing company HR policies and procedures.
Address employee queries and maintain positive employee relations.
Ensure proper HR documentation and compliance with company policies.
Requirements
Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant HR experience.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment, attendance, payroll, and HR processes.
Good command of MS Office/Excel.
Ability to handle confidential employee information professionally.
Positive attitude, positive organizational skills, and willingness to learn.
