Job Summary:
The AC Waiting Lounge Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily lounge operations, ensuring excellent guest service, cleanliness, staff discipline, and smooth functioning of all facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily operations of the AC Waiting Lounge.
Manage and guide lounge, housekeeping, and support staff.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of the lounge.
Monitor guest entry, bookings, and service delivery.
Handle guest queries and resolve complaints professionally.
Prepare staff duty rosters and monitor attendance.
Ensure availability of lounge amenities and supplies.
Coordinate with maintenance, vendors, and railway authorities.
Maintain daily operational records and reports.




Ensure compliance with company, safety, and security policies.
Train staff on customer service and operational procedures.

Requirements:
Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management/Hospitality preferred.
1–3 years of experience in hospitality, lounge, hotel, airport, railway, or customer service operations.
Positive communication and leadership skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
