Educational Qualification
Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
Job Location
Candidate must be willing to work within their home district.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor field activities across the assigned district.
Build and maintain relationships with local communities, government departments, and stakeholders.
Conduct field visits, surveys, awareness campaigns, and community outreach programs.
Support the onboarding of beneficiaries, volunteers, and field staff as required.
Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and submit accurate field reports.
Maintain proper documentation and records of field activities.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of project objectives.
Report progress, challenges, and outcomes to the management on a regular basis.
Required Skills & Knowledge
Valuable knowledge of field operations and community engagement.
Understanding of social work and rural/community development.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve assigned targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile-based reporting applications.
Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline.
Age between 25 and 35 years.
Must possess an Android smartphone.
Must own a two-wheeler (bike) with a valid driving licence.
Should be a resident of the district where they will be assigned.
Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
Compensation
Task-wise payment only.
No fixed monthly salary.
Payments will be released based on the successful completion and verification of assigned tasks.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in field coordination, NGO, community development, surveys, government projects, or social work will be preferred.
Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
