We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our tourism team. The role involves calling potential customers, understanding their travel requirements, explaining domestic and international tour packages, and generating quality leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to prospective customers.

Explain domestic and international holiday packages in a explicit and engaging manner.

Understand customer preferences, budget, and travel plans.

Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.

Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.

Answer customer queries regarding destinations, itineraries, pricing, and travel services.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and lead status in the CRM system.

Achieve daily and monthly lead generation and calling targets.

Provide excellent customer service to build trust and encourage bookings.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
