QBay Career is looking for a creative and talented Creative Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to create attractive and engaging designs for social media, branding, and promotional activities. Knowledge of motion graphics and basic video editing will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Design posters, banners, flyers, and social media creatives.
Create branding materials for marketing campaigns.
Maintain consistency in company visual identity.
Support the marketing team with creative content.
Create basic motion graphics and animated content for social media.
Handle basic video editing for reels and promotional content.

Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in graphic designing.
Robust proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.




Knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Proficiency in Canva, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
Basic video editing skills for reels and promotional content.
Creative mindset with solid attention to detail.
Valuable understanding of social media design and current visual trends.
Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Preferred Skills
Experience creating social media and marketing creatives.
Knowledge of After Effects or other motion graphics tools.
Good sense of typography, composition, and visual aesthetics.
Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team.
