Senior Telesales Executive – Banking Loans Process (Freshers Welcome)

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from company-provided leads.
Explain banking loan products, eligibility criteria, and perks.
Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate loan solutions.
Follow up with customers regarding loan applications and documentation.
Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
Coordinate with the processing team to ensure smooth loan processing.

Required Skills
Good verbal communication skills in English and regional languages.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Solid interpersonal and convincing skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Graduate / Undergraduate can apply.
Freshers are welcome.
Basic computer knowledge is required.

CTC: 1.80LPA to 3 LPA + Performance Based Incentives

Timing : 9:30 Am to 6:30 Pm (Monday to Saturday)

Location: Annanagar (Near Thirumangalam Metro)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
