About Simba Voyages

Simba Voyages is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Ticketing Staff to join our Jaipur office. We are seeking a qualified with solid expertise in Amadeus GDS, international and domestic ticketing, and advanced ticket servicing functions including ticket reissue and fare recalculation.

Key Responsibilities
Handle domestic and international air ticket bookings using Amadeus GDS
Perform ticket reissue, revalidation, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds
Manage fare calculations and ticketing accuracy
Assist with schedule changes, airline policies, and passenger servicing
Coordinate with airlines for operational ticketing requirements
Ensure timely and error-free issuance of tickets
Support sales and operations teams with travel-related requirements




Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in airline ticketing / travel industry
Strong working knowledge of Amadeus GDS (mandatory)
Excellent experience in ticket reissue and fare calculations
Good understanding of airline rules and ticketing procedures
Ability to work independently and manage urgent travel requests
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Candidates currently based in Jaipur will be preferred

Preferred Skills
Experience with corporate travel handling
Knowledge of international routing and fare construction
Ability to manage multiple bookings efficiently

Competitive salary package based on experience and skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
