Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the design team and overall design process.
Develop recent collections, styles, prints, and seasonal concepts.
Create designs aligned with market trends, brand identity, and customer requirements.
Coordinate with merchandising, production, sourcing, and sampling teams.
Review and approve samples, fabrics, colors, prints, and fits.
Manage design timelines and ensure timely collection launches.
Conduct trend research and competitor analysis.
Guide junior designers and ensure quality and creativity standards.
Handle design presentations and provide inputs to management.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
