Job Summary

We are looking for a highly organized and driven Content Manager to oversee the complete content lifecycle—from planning and development to coordination and deployment across Learning Management Systems (LMS), Content Management Systems (CMS), and multiple content delivery platforms.

The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Digital Media, and Web Operations, as well as external stakeholders such as educational institutions and content partners, to ensure timely, high-quality content delivery. The candidate should also stay updated on the latest placement exam patterns, IT recruitment trends, and industry demands to develop market-relevant educational content.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the complete content workflow across LMS, CMS, and WebOps.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor content creation for B2B projects, retail products, and custom client requirements.




Allocate and track tasks assigned to internal teams and external content partners/freelancers.
Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure seamless content planning, publishing, and updates.
Coordinate with educational institutions for curriculum planning and customized content development.
Work closely with the Digital Marketing team to create educational content for social media, promotional campaigns, and learner engagement.
Maintain organized OneDrive folder structures, file version control, and content documentation.
Prepare course outlines (TOCs), assessments, and learning materials for schools, colleges, and corporate training programs.
Research current IT hiring trends, placement patterns, competitive exams, and recruitment requirements to suggest new content ideas.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients for custom content development and recent product proposals.
Supervise and coordinate content customization for retail orders.
Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards across all content.

Pay: ₹15,132.92 - ₹55,457.70 per month
