We are seeking a Structural Engineer to support rooftop and ground-mounted solar PV projects & real estate construction. This role focuses on structural analysis, design calculations, and permit-ready documentation.

The engineer will work closely to deliver code-compliant, high-quality structural packages suitable for permitting and construction.

Key Responsibilities
Perform structural evaluations of existing buildings
Design and analyze mounting systems, attachments, and support structures
Evaluate dead, live, wind, snow, and seismic loads per Local & International codes
Prepare structural calculation packages
Review architectural, structural, and Layout drawings
Develop and mark up attachment layouts and structural details
Coordinate with design, electrical, and project engineering teams
Maintain documentation standards, assumptions, and revision tracking

Technical Requirements Structural & Code Knowledge
Robust understanding of building codes, including:
IBC
wind, snow, seismic loads
AISC / ACI / NDS (as applicable)




Experience with wood, steel, concrete, and metal deck systems
Knowledge of wind uplift, roof zones, and load path continuity

Specific Experience
Structural assessments (flat and pitched roofs)
Attachment and fastener design (pull-out, shear, uplift checks)
Ballasted vs mechanically attached systems
Awareness of waterproofing and roof warranty considerations
Ground-mount experience (foundations, overturning, uplift) – preferred

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
