Churchgate Hospitality Pvt Ltd (Nksha, Otoki, Tamak) is opening its newest Restaurant FIENO, a refined new Italian restaurant in the heart of Colaba, Mumbai. Rooted in craftsmanship, ingredient integrity, and warm Mediterranean hospitality, FIENO will celebrate modern Italian cuisine with finesse.

We are building a culinary team that values technique, passion, and precision—and we’re looking for talented chefs with robust Italian or Continental backgrounds to join us.

What We’re Looking For
Solid experience in Italian or Continental kitchens (star hotel or standalone restaurant).
Strong fundamentals in pasta, risotto, sauces, grills, and classic Italian preparations.
Ability to maintain high standards of mise-en-place, hygiene, and consistency.
Passion for learning,
