Spyne is hiring for the role of Business Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Partner with Customer Success, Onboarding and Operations teams to understand business problems.
Build dashboards that help teams track performance and make decisions.
Analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
Write SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
Use Python and Excel to automate reports and recurring tasks.
Define and track key business metrics.
Perform root cause analysis and support experiments to improve business outcomes.
Present insights in a clear and straightforward way to stakeholders.
Build self-serve dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or Metabase.
Work with Product, Engineering and Business teams to improve processes.
Using AI to analyze data faster.
Building dashboards with AI assistance.
Creating simple internal tools or prototypes.
Automating repetitive workflows.
Using AI coding assistants to speed up development.




Exploring new AI tools and identifying practical use cases for the business.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Business Analytics, Data Analytics or Business Intelligence.
Strong SQL skills.
Good knowledge of Excel and Python.
Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Metabase or similar dashboarding tools.
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to explain data and insights in a simple way.
Comfortable working with different teams and stakeholders.
Curious, proactive, and willing to take ownership.
Interest in using AI to improve the way work gets done.

Valuable to Have
Engineering degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college.
Experience in a SaaS or startup environment.
Knowledge of data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
Experience building internal automation tools or AI-powered workflows.
