Job Summary

Manage and grow a portfolio of existing IT accounts by building robust relationships with CXO and IT Head-level stakeholders. Drive account expansion through upselling, cross-selling, renewals and long-term relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Own a named account list and build executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) with customers.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities across products, modules, users and locations.
Drive contract renewals and negotiate multi-year agreements.
Collaborate with delivery and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Manage customer escalations and develop them into partnership prospects.




Develop account growth plans and present them to management.
Build relationship maps and navigate complex buying committees.
Track account health, risks and revenue forecasts in CRM.
Achieve annual account revenue growth and renewal targets.

Requirements
Any Graduate.
0–5 years of experience in IT account management.
Account management and expansion experience.
Upselling and cross-selling skills.
Executive-level relationship management.
Contract renewal and negotiation skills.
Experience conducting QBRs and account planning.
CRM knowledge, such as Salesforce or Zoho.
Strong English communication skills.

Pay: ₹33,300.00 - ₹58,300.00 per month
